The Problem

Managing a scattered-site SFR portfolio leased to Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) tenants involves layers of operational complexity that generic property management software ignores. HCV lease-ups require coordination with local housing authorities, compliance with inspection requirements, rent reasonableness documentation, HAP contract management, and tenant communication workflows that differ fundamentally from market-rate operations.

Off-the-shelf tools treated HCV as an afterthought. The operation needed a platform built from the ground up for this specific use case.

We designed and built a fully integrated asset management platform purpose-built for HCV operations:
